Once the dialog box opens, type in the word or phrase you’re looking for and let the shortcut do the hard work while you sit back and relax.

Lock Your Screen, Silly

Every time you walk away from your screen without first locking it, you’re putting your business’ data at risk. Thankfully, it’s easy enough to lock. All you have to do is ensure that you have a password or some kind of authentication enabled, then use the Windows Key + L keyboard shortcut. If you’re using macOS, your keyboard shortcut will be Ctrl+Command+Q instead.
